How are your shirts made?

Our shirts are produced using print-on-demand fulfillment. That means each shirt is made after you place your order rather than being pulled from a large warehouse of preprinted inventory.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Because each item is made to order, there is a short production period before your order ships. Shipping times can vary depending on your location and the product ordered.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes sizing information to help you choose the best fit. We recommend checking the size chart before placing your order, especially if you are between sizes.

Can I exchange a shirt for a different size?

Because our shirts are made specifically for each order, we do not currently offer traditional size exchanges.

If you ordered the wrong size, you may need to place a new order. If you believe you received an incorrectly labeled or defective item, contact us and we’ll review the issue.

What if my shirt arrives damaged or printed incorrectly?
